Who will finish as the Premier League top goal scorer?

The usual suspects are up there yet again this season, Harry Kane and Diego Costa. But some new faces have made a good case for themselves this year. Let's have a look at the top four strikers in the Premier League and see who you think will be the 2016/17 top striker this season.

Name: Harry Kane
Age: 23
Club: Tottenham Hotspur
Goals: 17 (4)
Form: 4 goals in last 3 league games
Odds: 6/4

Harry Kane seems to be a man on a mission right now, scoring three hatricks in his last six games in all competitions. At the age of 23, the current golden boot winner has netted 66 premier league goals and has passed the 20 goal mark in his last two seasons, a feat which will inevitably happen again this season. With Alan Shearer's record of 260 Premier League goals, Kane is well in touch of getting close to that record if he continues this form for the next few seasons.

Name: Diego Costa
Club: Chelsea
Goals: 16 (0)
Form: 1 goal in the least 3 league games
Odds: 4/1

The old looking man with youthful athleticism and passion is doing superbly for the Premier League leaders this season. He has toned down his emotional outbursts and seems to be more focused on playing his football rather than winding up his opponents. The clinical finisher still have a pivotal role to play for the 2015 champions and will certainly push for the golden boot this season.

Name: Romelu Lukaku
Club: Everton
Goals: 17 (0)
Form: 5 goals in last 3 games
Odds: 9/2

The former Chelsea man has been in prolific form this season and has had an incredible start to 2017 netting eight times in as many games for the toffees in all competitions. The unpredictable striker often scorers in bulks but with 60 premier league goals to his name, the young Belgian striker is reliable too.

Name: Alexis Sanchez
Club: Arsenal
Goals: 17 (2)
Form: 2 goals in 3 games
Odds: 5/1

The winger gone striker this season has been nothing short of outstanding for Arsenal this season. His passion, drive and endeavour has turned Sanchez into a fan favourite and with 17 league goals some may say he is carrying the Gunners this season. With Theo Walcott next on the top scorer list with 8 Premier League goals, it is key that Arsenal keep Sanchez fit in order for them to have a 21st consecutive season in the Champions League.
